Copyright Reporting
At Indiana Templates, we meticulously respect the intellectual property rights of others and we expect the same level of respect towards our content. Our commitment lies in ensuring our platform remains a respectful and legally compliant space for sharing and utilizing templates. If you believe that your copyright-protected work has been uploaded, shared, or otherwise used on our site without authorization, we encourage you to inform us through our dedicated channels.
Submitting a Copyright Infringement Notification
To report a suspected infringement, please reach out to us via email at dmca@indianatemplates.com with a detailed description of the alleged copyright violation. For a notice to be effective, it must include substantial information that allows us to identify and locate the material in question, a statement declaring your belief of unauthorized use, and sufficient contact information so we may reach you for further clarification or questions. Additionally, the notice must carry your physical or electronic signature, alongside a statement of good faith belief that the disputed use has not been authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
What Happens After a Report is Filed?
Upon receiving a report of copyright infringement, Indiana Templates initiates a thorough review process. This process is designed to fairly evaluate the claim and to determine the appropriate course of action, which may include the removal of the content from our website. Throughout this procedure, our dedication to upholding copyright laws and protecting intellectual property rights remains our top priority. Should the content be removed based on your claim, we may also reach out to the individual or entity who posted the content to inform them of the report and our actions.
Counter Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a copyright infringement claim, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. This must include proof of your right to use the material, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the content, and your physical or electronic signature.
Counter notifications should also be directed to our dedicated email address, dmca@indianatemplates.com. Upon receipt, Indiana Templates will review the counter notification and may reinstate the content if it is determined that the initial removal was in error.
Our Commitment
The dynamics of copyright law require diligence, respect, and a continuous effort to balance rights and responsibilities. At Indiana Templates, we are committed to navigating these complexities with the utmost care and consideration for all parties involved. Through our systematic approach to copyright infringement notifications and our steadfast commitment to protecting intellectual rights, we strive to maintain the integrity and legality of our platform.
